Help: Rainmeter Application • Won't load new xy position of skins when a layout is chosen. Need to open Rainmeter and click "refresh all".

I changed the xy positions of some of my skins and saved it as a new layout.

When I tried to load the new layout or whenever the PC restarts, it load the old xy position. I will need to open Rainmeter and click "refresh all" for the new positions take effect.

Please help. Thanks.
