If I manually enter the hour [X] for the sake of experiment (and rename [mvalidTimexH] to [mvalidTimeH]), then everything works. But the value allocated by the web parser also does not want to be compared.
The formula [MTimeShift] seems to see the value 00:00.
I disabled the formula and tried to enable it when there is definitely a non-zero value [mvalidTimeH]. This does not help.
