Help: Rainmeter Skins • Wheather Monterey Widget No Result

Good morning, I'm French and I can't get the weather forecast for my city (Paris) with the monterey "widget"
when I click on the widget I have the name of the city and the APIKey.... and i have nothing result
when I come home without the inc file from the resources folder I have :
city
APIKey
latitude
Longitude
how to do it?
